During his time at Oracle, David has worked primarily with the OpenAir PSA cloud software. He has lead his own OpenAir implementations for several Professional Services organizations during this span, as well as taking on some leadership roles for several other crucial projects within the realm of OpenAir. David has quickly become a master in the areas of Resource to Project and Project to Cash, and this has given him the opportunity to travel around and showcase his knowledge to OpenAir customers around the globe. Some of his official duties include:

• Analyzing client business processes in the areas of project management, project accounting, resource management, reporting and billing.
• Training clients on industry best practices in the context of using NetSuite OpenAir software.
• Implementing and configuring the NetSuite OpenAir and NetSuite system to best match client’s existing and desired business processes.
• Providing consulting for clients on API integrations between NetSuite OpenAir, and third-party programs using both SOAP and XML.
• Migrating old client data (i.e., projects, clients, users, timesheets, expense reports) to the NetSuite OpenAir system.
• Leading OpenAir software implementations of small to enterprise level professional services organizations from requirements gathering process through go-live.
• Providing support and professional services optimization consulting for several top 10, enterprise level OpenAir clients.
• Helping develop executive level business reports and dashboards to streamline individual, and business, performance evaluation on topics of revenue, utilization, and billing.
